Globe 5000, Ø 1.7mm line by world-renowned yacht rope maker FSE Robline. Standard issue rudder line on all Point 65 kayaks.

The 32-fold braided covering of the Globe 5000 is placed on a polyester-soft intermediate coat of staple fibers. Underneath this is the impregnated Dyneema® core, which gives the rope a high breaking load. This construction facilitates the splicing and provides optimum protection of the rope even in the stripped-off state.
