Love this kayak! It's our second Martini and it's even better than the original. Also, Great Escapes customer service staff was excellent! There was a little website glitch which stopped my order with an error message. I reported it. They contacted me within 30 minutes, said they would get it fixed, and offered to process my order manually in the meantime. Less than 15 minutes later I was notified that my order was going through and that the glitch fixed. The kayak arrived on time, well packed, and in excellent condition. Great company to work with.
